You can create and use an APIBASE BASE through the Web UI at no cost.
RQT requests are only required when tokens are used for API, Hive,
NQL, agents or external integrations.

Start manually in the browser. Add API tokens later when you want automation,
integrations, NQL, agents or controlled Hive access.
1. Free Web UI
Create tables, add records and manage data directly in the browser.
No token is required for normal Web UI usage.
2. No email = 3-day trial
Without an email, the BASE runs in trial mode and is automatically
removed after 3 days. Good for quick testing.
3. Verified email = persistent BASE
Add and verify your email to keep the BASE permanently and unlock
long-term usage beyond trial mode.
4. Tokens unlock automation
Tokens are used for API calls, Hive access, NQL, agents and external
integrations. API usage consumes RQT requests.

Full token
Used by the owner to access their own BASE through the personal API.
Best for direct owner-controlled automation.
Hive token
Used for controlled shared access. Rights are limited by table:
read, add, edit or delete.
Owner vs user
Native Data Opacity starts with ownership.
The owner controls the BASE. Users, collaborators and agents should normally
access data through Hive with scoped permissions. This keeps access limited,
explicit and auditable.
